  2. Venue and Vendor Management:
    • Source and secure Ethiopian Skylight Hotel as the event venue, ensuring it meets the requirements of the Oromia Tourism Week.
    • Manage relationships with vendors, including catering, audio-visual services, decorations, and other essential providers.
    • Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure seamless coordination.
  3. Marketing and Promotion:
    • Devise a strategic marketing plan to promote the Oromia Tourism Week and attract relevant stakeholders and participants.
    • Create promotional materials such as banners, flyers, and digital content.
    • Execute online and offline promotion campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and press releases.
  4. Registration and Attendee Management:
    • Implement a user-friendly online registration system for event attendees.
    • Address attendee inquiries and provide essential information in the lead-up to the event.
    • Oversee check-in and registration processes during the event.
  5. Program Development:
    • Collaborate with Oromia Tourism Commission to curate an engaging event program that aligns with the goals of Oromia Tourism Week.
    • Coordinate speakers, workshops, cultural showcases, and other relevant activities.
    • Ensure a balanced and captivating event schedule.
  6. Logistics and On-Site Management:
    • Coordinate event logistics, including transportation, signage, and equipment setup.
    • Provide on-site event management to oversee all aspects of event execution.
    • Handle any issues that arise during the event, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
  7. Post-Event Evaluation:
    • Conduct a thorough post-event evaluation to collect feedback from participants, sponsors, and stakeholders.
    • Prepare a comprehensive report detailing the success of Oromia Tourism Week in meeting its objectives and suggest areas for improvement.
